Who operates CreativeZipz
CreativeZipz is operated by Longia LLC. These Terms apply when you visit the website, create an account, use AI or design tools, save a design, or purchase a custom product. The Privacy, Cookie, AI and Content, Shipping, and Returns policies are part of these Terms.
Adults only
CreativeZipz is offered exclusively to adults, including parents and adult guardians who want to personalize products for children. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to register, access the design tools, upload content, save designs, or place an order. Children may not access or use CreativeZipz, and you may not create an account for a child or allow a child to use your account.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing a design before purchase.
Your content and permission to fulfill
You retain any rights you hold in original prompts, artwork, and designs you submit. You grant Longia LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, privately display, review, manufacture, and deliver that content only as needed to operate CreativeZipz and fulfill your requests. You confirm that you have permission to use and commercialize everything you submit.
AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to output created for others, or unsuitable for cutting. Longia LLC does not promise that AI output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for reviewing and selecting content, and we may reject content that violates these Terms or cannot be manufactured safely.
Acceptable use
Do not use CreativeZipz for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, privacy-invasive, or impersonating content; to upload images of identifiable people; to interfere with security or service operation; or to copy brands or protected characters without permission.
Beta access and credits
The beta may require an invitation and may change, pause, or end. AI credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be restored when a generation fails for a reason attributable to the service. Abuse may result in suspended access.
Prices, payment, and orders
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment information; Longia LLC does not receive full card details. An order is accepted after payment confirmation and may remain subject to content and manufacturability review. If we cannot produce an accepted design, we will contact you and provide an appropriate correction, replacement opportunity, cancellation, or refund.
Custom products and cancellations
Products are made from the design and choices you approve. Because they are personalized, completed custom products are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable for preference changes or customer-submitted design mistakes. Contact support immediately to request a cancellation. We may cancel and refund an order before production begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once materials or production work have started. The Returns Policy explains remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Shipping and delays
CreativeZipz ships only to eligible United States addresses. Shipment timing is governed by the Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will seek consent to the delay or cancel and provide the refund required by applicable law.
Service availability and disclaimers
The website and beta tools are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Longia LLC disclaims implied warranties that the digital service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every creative expectation. This does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Longia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the beta service. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Suspension and changes
We may remove prohibited content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
