Allowed content
You may submit original, family-friendly ideas, artwork, patterns, animals, objects, nature scenes, and text that you have the right to use on a product.
Prohibited content
Do not submit identifiable people, sexual content, graphic violence, hate or harassment, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, private or sensitive information, deceptive impersonation, malicious code, copied logos, or protected characters and artwork you lack permission to commercialize.
Rights and responsibility
The adult account holder is responsible for prompts, uploads, edits, and selected designs and must have the rights needed to use them. A design being generated, saved, or accepted by automated checks does not mean Longia LLC has confirmed ownership or legal permission.
AI limitations
AI output may contain mistakes, unexpected details, or similarities to existing material. Do not rely on AI output as legal clearance. Review the complete design before saving or ordering and remove anything inappropriate or unauthorized.
Moderation and manufacturing review
We may automatically screen prompts and uploads and may reject, remove, or decline to manufacture content that violates this Policy, creates safety or legal risk, or cannot be produced reliably. Paid designs receive a human manufacturability review, not a guarantee of intellectual-property clearance.
Reporting concerns
Report content or account concerns to support@longiallc.com with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the report.
