Custom products are final sale
Each product is made to the design, text, color, placement, and quantity approved by the customer. Custom-made and personalized products are not returnable or exchangeable for a change of mind, preference, duplicate order, or a mistake in customer-submitted text, artwork, sizing, color choice, or placement. Please review the product preview and order details carefully before payment.
Cancellation requests
Email support@longiallc.com immediately if you need to cancel. We may cancel and fully refund an order that has not entered production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after payment because custom production may begin quickly. Once materials or production work have been committed, the order is final unless another remedy below applies.
Damage, defects, and incorrect items
The final-sale rule does not apply when the product arrives damaged, has a material manufacturing defect, or materially differs from the confirmed order because of our error. Contact support within 14 days after delivery with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. After review, Longia LLC may repair, remake, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate.
Expected handmade variation
Minor differences in screen color, material texture, placement, or handmade production are not defects when the product remains materially consistent with the approved design. AI-generated and customer-created artwork may also contain details visible in the approved preview; those details are not manufacturing errors.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method. Bank processing time may vary. A full order refund may reverse unused promotional AI credits granted by that purchase. We will not substitute store credit when applicable law requires a monetary refund.
Legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including remedies for products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, not shipped as promised, or otherwise not as represented.
