Scope and responsible business
This Policy applies to the CreativeZipz website, accounts, design studio, AI generation features, purchases, and support. Longia LLC is responsible for the information described here.
Information we collect
We collect adult account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, invitation status, and account role; prompts, permitted artwork references, generated concepts, saved designs, product selections, and personalization content an adult chooses to provide; order, shipping, payment-status, and support records; and limited device, log, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide design and AI features, save work, process and fulfill orders, communicate about purchases and support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, meet legal obligations, and improve the reliability and accessibility of CreativeZipz. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Artwork references and prompts
Reference uploads may contain artwork, patterns, or non-person objects, but must not contain identifiable people. Accepted references are private, used to perform the requested generation and safety checks, and scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Prompts, generated concepts, and designs may remain with the adult account until deleted or until the account is closed, subject to backup and legal-retention needs.
Payments
Stripe collects and processes payment details and may use information under its own privacy policy. Longia LLC receives transaction identifiers, payment status, billing or shipping details needed for the order, and limited payment metadata, but not full payment-card numbers.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to vendors that operate CreativeZipz, currently including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; OpenRouter or OpenAI for requested image generations; Stripe for checkout; EasyPost for shipping labels and tracking; Resend for transactional email; Vercel for web hosting; and Railway for API and worker hosting. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
We keep account and saved-design data while the account is active or until deletion is requested. We retain order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records for the periods reasonably required by law and business obligations. Security logs and backups are retained on limited operational schedules and then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Children's privacy
CreativeZipz is directed exclusively to adults and is not offered for use by children. We do not create child profiles or knowingly collect personal information directly from children. An adult may provide a nickname or initials to personalize a product for a child, but must not provide a child's account credentials, contact information, precise location, school, photograph, voice, or other sensitive identifying information. If you believe a child has accessed the service or provided personal information directly, contact support so we can investigate, disable access, and delete the information where appropriate.
Your choices
An adult account holder may ask to access, correct, export, or delete account information by contacting support. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. Some commerce and security records may be retained where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Browser privacy signals
CreativeZipz does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use third-party advertising trackers. Because those activities are not performed, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change how the service operates. If we introduce processing subject to a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will honor that signal as required and update this Policy before the change.
Security and processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, but no online system is completely secure. CreativeZipz operates in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States by our service providers.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
