Your responsibility
Do not upload, generate, edit, or order logos, characters, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or other protected material unless you own it or have permission to use it on a commercial custom product.
Platform and brand materials
Longia LLC and its licensors retain rights in the CreativeZipz name, website, software, interface, brand artwork, and provided assets. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially reuse those materials outside the service.
Copyright reports
To report claimed infringement, email support@longiallc.com with your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact location of the challenged material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the report is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Response and counter-notice
We may remove or restrict challenged material and notify the affected account holder. A counter-notice should include the account holder's physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification; the account holder's name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal district court for the district where that address is located or, for an address outside the United States, any district where Longia LLC may be found; and agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original report or that person's agent. Longia LLC may forward the counter-notice, restore material when legally appropriate, and suspend repeat or serious infringers.
No ownership determination
Longia LLC cannot resolve private ownership disputes or provide legal advice. Parties may need to seek independent legal advice or use formal legal processes. This reporting channel does not limit rights available under applicable copyright or trademark law.
